It is summer and we all need to finally rest, recharge and revitalize! Be it busy work schedule of winter and spring, big city hustle and bustle, stressful deadlines, family life pressures or anything else (you name it!), we all need to pause, to reflect, to let go. And then of course we need to reenergize ourselves – to come back from the retreat rested, inspired and recharged. Our practice will definitely help with that! We will get some morning activation with soft Hatha, some balancing and rejuvenating through special Kriya Raja Yoga techniques, some harmony and peace through simple evening guided Meditation. Nothing is too difficult. This retreat is good for both beginners and the experienced. The program is balanced and easy on participants, we do not plan to achieve any Olympic goals in fitness or acrobatics, but plan to explore our body, our energy system and our mind – with a holistic approach to all as a whole. As a system which can be adjusted and fine-tuned. And that's where proven methods kick in.

Kriya Raja Yoga comes from an ancient source, its techniques have been tested by generations of practitioners, its teachings are passed through the lineage of teachers. In some ways it resembles western Kundalini Yoga and yes, in a sense Kriya Raja is its elder authentic sister. But there are differences. First of all everything is more gradual, natural and softer, much attention is given to purification and connection, before proceeding to more active energizing techniques. Enough said. The rest is to be studied and tried out during the retreat. See you there!

Max Pranić Yoga & Meditation Teacher www.monteyoga.com
Internationally certified, highly experienced yoga teacher. Have studied at Himalayan Yoga University – traditional education in Gurukulam system at "Swami Rama Sadhaka Grhama", Rishikesh. Holds a Master of Hatha Yoga and Grand Master of Meditation, authorization to conduct and certify 200hrs Yoga Teacher Trainings. After many years in Auroville, India, Max is an official representative of Auroville International in Montenegro (AVI Montenegro). Founder and head teacher at Yogaboka studio, Kotor, Montenegro; expert yoga teacher at PMYC Sports Club; yoga instructor at Chenot Espace Spa, One&Only Resort. As they say, when it comes to studying yoga, it's important to find who is right for you, to connect. No matter what style or yoga school your teacher belongs to, it's a question of energy and you will know it only through the practice itself. I learned it well from my own personal experience with my teachers, and I had a rare chance to meet some of the greatest masters of Yoga. Having spent many years studying and practising genuine yoga in India, quite a few of them happened to be in the Himalayan region - upper Ganges (Rishikesh, Haridwar) and Dhauladhar Mountain Range in Himachal Pradesh. Being a student of Swami Veda - a direct disciple of Swami Rama of the Himalayas, I have received direct initiations in Himalayan Yoga Tradition as well as Shakta Sampradaya - tantric lineage through my other main teacher Sri Vagish Shastri (Varanasi). So my way of teaching yoga also stays traditional, the way it was done for centuries, seeing myself mainly as a vehicle to correctly transmit the knowledge further, keeping the lineage, keeping it true and authentic, not obstructing by my own ego or ambitions. To make sure that the Prana keeps flowing and the Shakti keeps working – not more and not less.
