5 days FAMO Fascia Movement Retreat 10-14 july 2026
A Movement & Wellbeing Retreat by Anneke Krüger
A gentle return to your body’s natural fluidity
Short intro
The Reconnect & Recharge Wellbeing Retreat offers a gentle invitation to step away from the pace of daily life and return to a sense of ease — in your body, your mind, and your being.
What Recharge Means
Recharge means taking time to restore energy – physical, mental, emotional. Stepping away from the daily routine and noise (external and internal) to come back to the essence of you, to feel more like yourself, maybe even feel more energized. It is slowing down, pausing, disconnecting from things that drain your energy and reconnecting to the things that fuels your energy.
The Fluid Body
Recharge also means to replenish, to fill your cup, which is often associated with fluid. We are fluid, our bodies are filled with fluid that distribute nutrients and oxygen and remove waste products. How well water and nutrients are absorbed depends on the condition of our fascial system. Movement and self-massage are 2 ways to improve the conditions for fluid flow and absorption. It’s essential for our health.
Why Reconnect
Through conscious movement, nourishing rest, and meaningful connection, this retreat offers space to reconnect to your natural rhythm, to the environment and others, and to recharge from within.
What We Will Do
Over the course of this retreat, we are going to nourish our soft tissue, stimulate fluid flow and circulation and promote glide, movement freedom and as a result you might start to connect to yourself more deeply, feel more and have better clarity.
